- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el auto del 15 de julio de 2005, que rechazo la demanda promovida por el ciudadano Camilo Gutierrez Jaramillo en contra del articulo 1o de la Ley 32 de 1985, "por medio de la cual se aprueba la "Convencion de Viena sobre el Derecho de los Tratados", suscrita en Viena el 23 de mayo de 1969" y el articulo 25 de la Convencion de Viena sobre el Derecho de los Tratados. En su lugar, ORDENAR al Honorable Magistrado Sustanciador admitir la demanda mencionada.
- SEGUNDO. Comunicar el contenido de esta decision al recurrente.
